Stay Home Club stickers
A sticker is a simple way to make a laptop, water bottle or notebook your own. At Almost Summer we sell vinyl stickers by Stay Home Club, a label from Canada. These are not designs by our own brand: Stay Home Club works with different illustrators. We carry around thirty designs, and every sticker costs 3 euros, so it is easy to pick a few that go together.
Waterproof vinyl stickers
The stickers are made of durable vinyl. Many of the designs are described as waterproof and weatherproof, so you can also use them outdoors. Some have rounded corners, such as Workaholic, Hang in There and Indoor Cat. Most of the stickers are kiss-cut, which makes them easy to peel off the backing.
Funny laptop stickers
Most of the stickers have a short phrase or drawing about everyday life, such as Nervous Disposition, Do I Have To, Incorrect Opinions, Reality TV and Workaholic. There are also animal drawings, including a snail, a cat and a boar. Pressing my Luck comes from a collaboration with Canadian musician Dallas Green, also known as City and Colour. Many stickers measure about 2 to 3 inches.
Stay Home Club, a Canadian sticker label
Stay Home Club sells the stickers under its own name, but the designs come from different illustrators. Olivia Mew drew Slow and Unsteady, Overreact and Group Chat Heart, among others. Hang in There is by Permascowl, who also made the design for the No Brain No Pain dad hat. The description of Workaholic says that sticker is produced in Canada.
Stickers as a small gift
At 3 euros, a sticker works as a small gift or as an extra with a bigger present. Stay Home Club also makes dad hats with embroidered designs, such as No Brain No Pain and Going Nowhere Fast, and we have stickers of both designs too. You could also pair a sticker with an organic cotton tote bag from our own collection.
Buy stickers in Amsterdam
You can order the stickers online or see them in our two stores in the Jordaan. The Mini Factory at Eerste Bloemdwarsstraat 14 is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00. Our store at Nieuwe Leliestraat 6 is open every day from 11:00 to 18:00. In the store you can see the designs side by side, which makes choosing easier.
