Caps and dad hats
At Almost Summer we sell dad hats: casual baseball caps, most with an embroidered design on the front. Some are our own designs, the others come from the Canadian label Stay Home Club. Every cap costs 35 euros and comes in one size. On many models you adjust the fit with a strap at the back.

Almost Summer dad hats
This collection has two of our own designs. The almost there faded dad hat has the words "almost there" on the front and a washed, faded colour that makes it look worn in. It is made of cotton and comes in moss green, orange and wine red. The Chaos & Creativity dad hat has an embroidered logo and comes in black, bright blue, denim blue and red.
Stay Home Club dad hats
Stay Home Club is a Canadian label working with different illustrators. No Brain No Pain and Sacré Bleu are unstructured, with six panels and an adjustable strap with a metal clasp. We carry Going Nowhere Fast in seafoam, Hey Gorgeous in oatmeal, No Brain No Pain in periwinkle, Sad Songs in black and Shut Up Everyone. Sacré Bleu shows the shocked cat drawn by illustrator Satoshi Kurosaki.
How to choose a dad hat
For a cap that already looks lived in, go for a faded or pigment dyed colour, such as the almost there caps or Sacré Bleu in vintage dark blue. If you prefer more colour, the bright blue and red Chaos & Creativity caps are an option. The same line also includes graphic T-shirts, so you can match a cap and a shirt.
Dad hats as a gift
Because our caps come in one size, you do not have to guess a size when you buy one as a gift. On most models you adjust the fit with the strap at the back. For some Stay Home Club designs, such as No Brain No Pain and Going Nowhere Fast, we also have a vinyl sticker for 3 euros that you can give along with the cap.
Buy a cap in the Jordaan, Amsterdam
You can order our caps online or try them on in one of our two stores in the Jordaan. The Mini Factory at Eerste Bloemdwarsstraat 14 is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00. This is also where we design and print our own graphics. Our store at Nieuwe Leliestraat 6 is open every day from 11:00 to 18:00.
