3. Tracking & Carriers
We ship with PostNL, DPD, DHL, or their local delivery partners. A tracking link will be e‑mailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Some low‑value parcels may ship without tracking; this will be indicated at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments (outside the EU) may incur customs duties, taxes, or other fees determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, we will notify you by e‑mail. We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost once the package arrives back at our warehouse.
